Green Tea Pina Colada Mocktail

Serves 2-4

15 minutes preparation plus chill time


  • 2 Green tea bags

  • 1 Tbsp. raw brown sugar or alternative sweetener

  • 250ml boiling water

  • 125ml chilled pineapple juice

  • 8-10 pieces of diced pineapple (canned or fresh) plus extra for decoration

  • 125ml coconut cream

  • 6-8 ice cubes


  1. A few hours beforehand put the tea bags and sugar in a mug and pour over 250ml boiling water. Set aside to cool slightly and then store in fridge until chilled.

  2. Once chilled put tea mixture and all remaining ingredients into a blender and process until desired texture. Serve in cocktail glasses with a pineapple placed on side of glass.
