1 Cup cooked wholegrain rice

1 tbsp. frozen corn

1 tbsp. frozen peas

1/8 tsp Chines five spice

½ tbsp. soy sauce

Fresh parsley or coriander chopped
Method

Put all ingredients except fresh herbs into a microwave safe bowl, cover with paper towel and cook for 1 minute.

Stir in fresh herbs, cover and cook for another minute or until heated through. Stir and serve.
