1 minute preparation, 2 minutes cooking

 

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup cooked wholegrain rice

  • 1 tbsp. frozen corn

  • 1 tbsp. frozen peas

  • 1/8 tsp Chines five spice

  • ½ tbsp. soy sauce

  • Fresh parsley or coriander chopped

 

Method

  1. Put all ingredients except fresh herbs into a microwave safe bowl, cover with paper towel and cook for 1 minute.

  2. Stir in fresh herbs, cover and cook for another minute or until heated through. Stir and serve.
