Quick Easy Cheesey Sauce
Makes 2 Cups

Ingredients

1/4 cup cashews

3-4 Tablespoons potato flour

2 Tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon mustard powder

1/4 teaspoon tumeric powder

1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

Juice of 1 lemon

1 teaspoon miso paste

Salt to taste
Method

Put all ingredients into a blender and add enough water to bring all liquid up to 2 cups. Process until smooth.

Pour sauce into a pan, heat while stirring and simmer until thickened. Serve over vegetables, pasta, rice, nachos or baked potatoes. Sprinkle with toasted smoked paprika if desired.
NB: Store sauce in a container before being cooked for up to one week.
