5 minutes preparation

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 frozen banana

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

  • 1 green apple

  • 1 stick of celery

  • 1/2 small cucumber

  • 5-6 almonds

  • 1/4 avocado

  • Handful of spinach (or green of your choice)

  • 6 cubes of ices

 

Method

1.     Prepare your ingredients by cutting items up into small pieces, juicing the lemon and peeling the avocado.

2.     Put all ingredients into a blender along with ice and blend for about 1 minute or until smooth, this will depend on the strength of your blender.

3.     Poor into a glass and serve immediately!

 

NB: If you are not a fan of cold beverages use a standard banana and omit the ice.
